When I injured my back I received immediate advice over the phone and an emergency appointment. The diagnosis, treatment and advice I have received has proven to me the team really are experts in their field and personable.
The only negatives I can think of are having to walk up stairs to the clinic when in pain and the cost which is higher than my healthcare insurer would meet.
I have been receiving treatment for osteoarthritis in my knee with a combination of physiotherapy and Pilates at Weybridge Walton Physiotherapy. I have nothing but praise for the professional skill and kindness from all the staff. Thank you so much for managing my condition and getting me back to long dog walks and my golf!
Tara Crossley is always very personable but professional. She has been great at tailoring treatment to my needs. I highly recommend.
Very easy to get appointments for physio treatment when required.
Having been treated by two members of the team whilst recovering from extensive knee surgery, I can testify to the extremely high level of care provided.
Communication was always clear, the team is very knowledgeable and shows a genuine empathy towards their patients.
I know short, would highly recommend W&W.
Physiotherapist Tara Crossley gets Five Stars
My Physio Tara Crossley was fantastic. She explained everything I had done to my knee and where we would need to go from there. She gave me great confidence and has helped me to get all the sessions I need with my health care provider. Everyone here is very friendly and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.
I had a full knee replacement in July and was recommended to W&W Physiotherapy by a friend. I have since then had ten sessions with Tara Crossley who has been of immense help in getting me back to the point where my 'new' knee is functioning extremely well and I can walk comfortably without a stick. I am also about to take up golf again and am following an exercise regime which Tara has carefully planned for me. She could not have been more sympathetic and encouraging from the beginning and clearly has a great deal of experience in dealing with the effects of knee surgery.
I would have no hesitation in recommending her and the staff at Walton & Weybridge Physio Centre (who have managed my appointments efficiently and in a friendly but professional manner) to any one. I can think of no way in which their service could be improved.
I have had two course of treatment with Gill and on both occasions I have been extremely pleased with the results.
Gill first looked after me following an ACL replacement. She saw me 3 days post op and then regularly for the next 6 months. I made a full and pain free recovery. Gill is a great physio and has a lovely friendly manner. She pushed me in each session just the right amount to ensure I continually made progress. I have recently seen her again for another knee issues. She quickly identified the root of my pain and assigned me exercises to complete which have helped me recover within 6 sessions. I enjoyed visiting Gill and would highly recommend her.
I have been seeing Tara Crossley for a number of months to recover a painful knee. On each meeting Tara has been very polite, knowledgeable and quick to recommend excellent restorative exercises to get me back to a pain free position.
I have recently injured my shoulder, so I am returning to Tara to get that sorted out too.
I would strongly recommend Tara at this Physiotherapy clinic in Weybridge High Street.
